• 1986 – Created Information-Marketing™ - where companies (CA auto dealers) provide consumers with high-value information (dealer invoice prices) instead of advertising to accomplish marketing goals.


• 1995 – Created the first online encyclopedia, AutoPedia® – the Automotive Encyclopedia, 5 years before Wikipedia. Referenced in more than 50 books from 1996-2010.


• 1999 – Created original concept for an “online collaborative consumer encyclopedia network” of interconnected topic-specific encyclopedias spanning all consumer market segments – “a ‘commercial’ encyclopedia network.”


• 2000 – First to apply Network Science "credibility brand-based competitive fitness" to design first “online collaborative consumer encyclopedia network” – The PediaNetwork®.
